Our Team.

  • As an A Grade electrician for over 20years, Ben understands the trade from every angle. Ben has spent 15 years in project management and operations. This has given him an appreciation and understanding of what it takes to be a successful business that understands it’s client’s needs. Ben also has extensive data and fibre experience with numerous vendor certifications and accreditations. Ben heads up the Communications infrastructure department.

  • Brad began his career in the electronic security trade in 1990. While cutting his teeth in the industry at Absolute Security for 13 years, he then co-formed Innov8tive Services in 2011 with Ben Thomas. Brad has Milestone certification, Inner Range programming certification and extensive IP CCTV training. Brad heads up the security, access control and CCTV department.

  • A strategic thinker with a strong track record planning, managing and delivering complex businesses successfully, with many years of experience working in the logistics and supply chain industry, Mark is a communicator who thrives when leading large teams whilst balancing competing interests.

  • Brett Schofield is a qualified electrical engineer with over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry as a project manager specialising in security systems. He leads the NSW division, bringing strong technical expertise in IP surveillance, intruder detection, and building automation, and delivering practical, project-focused solutions across complex sites.

  • Brock Hayden leads the Sales & Technology division at Innov8tive Services, delivering innovative electronic security and technology solutions across Australia. With extensive experience in CCTV, access control, networking, and integrated security systems, Brock works closely with clients and project teams to develop tailored solutions that meet their operational and security requirements.

    His strong technical knowledge, customer-focused approach, and commitment to innovation help deliver successful outcomes and lasting client partnerships.

  • Dana has a professional background rooted in Architecture, bringing a strong foundation in design and technical planning. Over the past 17 years, she has built extensive expertise in the security and automation industry, where she has held versatile roles including AutoCAD technician, technology estimator, and systems designer. Her work spans from creating detailed technical drawings to designing complex systems and providing accurate cost assessments for projects. This diverse experience allows Dana to combine creative problem-solving with technical precision, making her an integral part of any project team in her field.
