Innov8tive Services successfully implemented electronic security systems for Stage 2 of the Albert Retirement Living Community Precinct, known as The Alba. This facility comprises 95 residential aged care (RAC) suites and 60 assisted living apartments (ALA), catering to a diverse range of low and high-care needs for its residents.

Like it’s neighbouring building The Grace, The Alba is equipped with an advanced and intelligent security system that encompasses sturdy access control, CCTV, and high level integrations to the building infrastructure.
